• Hidden conditions (such as concealed wiring, outdated panels, or code violations not visible during evaluation) may affect the final scope and cost

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments are scheduled during our business hours (Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the agreed time window and to notify you of delays
• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment
• Repeated no-access visits may be subject to a trip fee

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Larger projects may require a deposit before materials are ordered
• Accepted payment methods will be specified on your estimate or invoice
• Overdue balances may be subject to late fees as permitted by Florida law

6. Site Access & Conditions

To perform services safely and effectively, we require:

• Safe, unobstructed access to work areas, electrical panels, and attics or crawl spaces as needed
• A responsible adult (18+) present at the property during service, unless other arrangements are made
• Notification of pets, security systems, or hazardous conditions on the property

We reserve the right to pause or decline work if site conditions are unsafe.

7. Permits & Inspections

Electrical work is performed in accordance with the Florida Building Code and local jurisdiction requirements. Where required, we obtain permits and coordinate inspections. Permit fees, when applicable, are itemized on your estimate. Utility companies may require scheduled power interruptions for certain work (such as service upgrades), which can affect timing.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

Workmanship: Warranty coverage for labor is provided as stated in your service agreement or invoice.

Equipment & materials: Fixtures, equipment, and materials are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties; manufacturer warranty terms vary by product.
